Short Term Disability Claims Specialist

Job Description: The Disability Specialist plays a critical role in facilitating disability and work comp claims processes within our organization. This position involves completing paperwork for disability claims, filing interventions for work comp claims, managing time off requests, and fulfilling work status requests. Additionally, the Disability Specialist will be responsible for handling disability and work comp medical records requests and may undergo cross-training with the registration department. Some level of insurance knowledge is desirable for this role. This position will also be responsible for backing up our front office staff and registering patients when necessary.

Patient Forms Specialist

Job Description: The Patient Forms Specialist plays a critical role in facilitating short term disability claims processes within our organization. This position involves completing paperwork for disability claims, filing interventions for work comp forms, managing time off requests, and fulfilling work status requests. Additionally, this position will be responsible for handling disability and work comp medical records requests and may undergo cross-training with the registration department. Some level of insurance knowledge is desirable for this role. This position will also be responsible for backing up our front office staff and registering patients when necessary.
